For your testing, we provide each project with 1-2 free samples. Please contact our sales service at sales@thesbeautil.com to get it. Don’t forget to share us with your express account number, otherwise, we will charge the necessary shipping costs.
It is 100pcs for normal products, 500pcs to get your logo printed on the products. For special project, we will ask for more details to evaluate.

It is 3-5 days for samples, 15-20 days for bulk order.
T/T, Wire transfer, Paypal, Western Union would be fine.
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If you receive the defective products, please notify us with the PO number and quantity within 10 days
To be eligible for a return, the product when received should be defective or damaged. When the product received is defective/damaged you must inform us of the defect and include the picture or video as a proof.
To complete your return, Please contact with the BD, who is taking care of your order. Please don’t remember attaching a receipt/prrof of purchase and pictures or videos showing clearly the damage. We will response within 24 hours. We will refund or resend the replacement products for you in the next order.
